Rob Stokvis was receptive to my phone call about looking for a used/new Audi Q5. When we arrived he met and greeted us with a great attitude and positive demeanor! I had a wheel well fender hanging down on my Q5 tire last week, so had to stop into the pits to get it fixed. Chris Traux did a ride along with me and took care of it no question! Recently I received service on my Audi and was billed for "shop supplies" that amounted to 10% of the total service bill. Prior to starting service, I discussed with the Service Advisor the cost of every pa "shop supplies" that amounted to 10% of the total service bill. Prior to starting service, I discussed with the Service Advisor the cost of every part and service to be performed. She never mentioned the shop supplies fee. I felt this non-disclosure was unfair and discussed with the Service Manager who would not refund any part of this fee. He did offer a discount on a 4-wheel alignment which turned out to be no discount at all (compared to other dealerships). Because of this betrayal of trust, I got my alignment done elsewhere, and will get all my future service at another Audi dealership. I don't recommend this dealership to anyone else--you may get "surprise"-billed. More
