We entered, said we had some questions, and Jeff Hummel jumped up, took us outside to our car, and spent almost an hour unraveling its technological mysteries. This has to be the best Audi Dealership I have ever been to. They sent me a video of my vehicle where the tech explained what was needed and why, they let me approve it on my phone and I paid online. First off, I did not buy my audi from them, I had a traumatic event happen with my Audi I had purchased in South Dakota. Glenwood Springs Audi went above and beyond to help me even though the dealershi traumatic event happen with my Audi I had purchased in South Dakota. Glenwood Springs Audi went above and beyond to help me even though the dealership in South Dakota was going to be the dealership to fix the problem that happened to my vehicle. I had to tow my vehicle 95 miles to Glenwood springs. Needless to say I left many items in my car that I needed to get before I made the drive back to South Dakota. I will say this, if it wasn't for Chris Truax I would NOT have recieved the going the extra mile service. He is compassionate, empathic and a true asset to the dealership. He never made me feel like an inconvenience. He was understanding and didn't treat me any less even though the dealership wasn't going to benefit by completing the service work on my car.
