Yet was patient and stayed with us through the process. My husband is one who always wants a good deal. Rich did his best to work with us while keeping a positive and light attitude. Rich was a great teacher. There's a lot of technology and functionality in our Audi Q3. Rich was patient and had very good teaching techniques. I can especially appreciate this as I was a teacher for many years. In the end the best take away for me is a sense that I truly can call Rich up or show up - with any questions or problems. And ....
