He was very honest about the car and its flaws. It is 3 years old so I didn't expect it to be perfect, but he pointed out some things about it that I might have missed. Very happy We had a bit of a glitch getting the car from CA to CO. Rich and the manager at Audi Glenwood Springs really went above and beyond to help us. Yet was patient and stayed with us through the process. My husband is one who always wants a good deal. Rich did his best to work with us while keeping a positive and light attitude. Rich was a great teacher. There's a lot of technology and functionality in our Audi Q3. Rich was patient and had very good teaching techniques. I can especially appreciate this as I was a teacher for many years. In the end the best take away for me is a sense that I truly can call Rich up or show up - with any questions or problems. And ....
