Rich wanted to make sure that I understood all aspects of the car before I left the dealership and also was very helpful when I had questions the next day. There are not many dealerships that make it an enjoyable experience (like Audi Glenwood Springs), because you normally get the high pressure, back and forth (all day) haggling on price, and sales people who just care about making the fast sale....I want to thank Rich for bringing back the true meaning of good customer service! If I ever need to buy another car, I will definitely be back and think of Audi of Glenwood Springs! Honest about the expected fuel economy on the Q7 TDI, we did get over 30 MPG on Interstate travel. Price was fair, but would have liked to receive more for our trade in, closer to the KBB trade in value that matched the specifications of the trade in.
