I had only arrived the day before and already returned the Uhaul. Richard had just the right easy-going demeanor to put me at ease and I actually totally enjoyed the process. There was a lot of joking banter and evidence of his sincere commitment to trustworthy Salesmanship. For the few hours that the process took, Richard was fully engaged in helping us. He put off eating lunch and phonecalls. He answered all questions and provided comprehensive previous owner info. Even though,h turned us over to the Accountant, he was always around facilitating the process to the finish. He said he would follow through getting the 2nd key from the owner and he did.
