Could not have been more the opposite of what I expected. The staff was very friendly and explained everything they planned to do. Car came back running just as well if not better, it was cleaned, and from watching the parking lot you can tell there is care taken when driving your vehicle. Would highly recommend, and will return for any work that may need done. More
