Both have been excellent to work with and I can only heap praise and complements on my experience them and others in your staff You also mentioned other Audi dealers in general and following is my most recent experience. My last service with you was on August 15, 2018. However less than a month later while traveling on US Hwy 95 between Quartzite and Yuma Arizona, the Q5 died. With no power steering or P brakes I did get to the shoulder to stop. There was no sputtering or other indications of problem, it just quit. The EPC light was on as was the orange engine picture. so the instructions are to get to the nearest Audi dealer. The temperature was 104 degrees. Fortunately 911 answered and I was able to arrange for a tow to the San Diego dealership the next day.Sept 14. Since I had business in San Diego over the weekend I George the customer service rep who advised that the necessary parts would have to come from Los Angeles. Without going into total detail, I was notified on Thursday Sept 20 that parts would have to be shipped from Germany,parts that would not arrive til the week of Sept 24. I did speak to Zak who said that the EPC light could mean many things. I did contact Audi America on Sept 19 who said they would try to assist the dealer in finding parts. I am now back in Vail with a rented vehicle awaiting word about the Q5. My last contact with San Diego Audi was Friday September 28 with more advice that parts were still not available. San Diego has now had the car for 16 days with no advice on an expected repair date. My thoughts when the engine quit on 13 Sept was how lucky I was to not be passing another car on US 95.on this two lane road with high speed traffic in both directions. I apoligize for the above essay. My concern is not with your dealership, but with the Safety issue with the Q5. More

Mixed bag We have had trouble with this dealership’s service department after years of great service. It has been a major disappointment as we are long time Aud We have had trouble with this dealership’s service department after years of great service. It has been a major disappointment as we are long time Audi owners (more than one and our only cars owned after disappointment with the US makers). After two years of trying to get recall done they finally had the part. We were even encouraged to trade in a vehicle needing a recall before when it have super low mileage and was in excellent condition. I think they are trying to change but am not convinced since they have such a large population of 1%ers who buy at their dealership. The regular people (like us) don’t seem to count. More

The purchase may take a fe There are two phases to the dealer/buyer experience: 1) selecting and purchasing your car; 2) having your vehicle serviced. The purchase may take a few hours, though often much less time. In my case, Ed Costie and Jeff Hummel could not have been more professional on the sales side--a satisfying experience all around. For me, however, it's the service experience that's even more important. After all, you interact with the service department multiple times during your car ownership. The service team at Glenwood Audi is professional in every way, meaning easy to work with, well organized, nice, efficient, and fast. I hope to make as few visits to the service department as possible (and I assume that will be the case, knowing the quality built into every Audi, but when I do need service, I know it will be excellent. And Ed and Jeff will swing by the waiting room to say hi. Even the head of finance came by to say hello. More
