Our sales person, Jeff Hummel, was a complete professional throughout the process. He helped us ship the car from Colorado to Dallas where we live. Upon receipt of the vehicle, we found a few minor flaws that we had been unaware of. Jeff and the entire Audi Glenwood Springs team really stepped up. They worked with us to get the flaws fixed in a very fair way. In fact, Jeff went above and beyond and contacted former colleagues here in Dallas to find an expert to help us.
