My first time having my Audi A5 serviced at your dealership. When I approached the service department at Audi Fresno, I was greeted by Hugo Gutierrez, my service consultant. Although I was a little nervous since this was the first time I had my new Audi serviced at this dealership, Hugo was very pleasant and demonstrated his expertise in processing my request to have my car serviced. I was very impressed when I asked if Audi had a shuttle service to take me home while I was having my car serviced and when Hugo told me that they had a loaner automobile ready for me to use. Later that afternoon, Hugo telephoned me to let me know that my car was ready right on schedule. When I returned to Audi Fresno, Hugo was waiting with the paperwork and keys to my car. I also appreciated having my car washed as part of the services. Wow! To date, I am extremely pleased and satisfied with all aspects of my experience with Audi Fresno. Thank you. More
