Pain Free 45K Service I went to Fresno Audi to service my 2013 Q5. It was a pleasure working with Bryan Serpa as he was my Service Advisor. Minor service on A6 Shane is great, always prompt and makes sure the car is done on time and right. Even when he is busy he make sure everyone is taken care of. Communication problem They don't answer the phone. Voice mails are left just to make an appointment. They don't always call back. It takes several phone calls to get thr They don't answer the phone. The work was excellent as far as I can tell, but they got the car Friday & kept the car over the weekend. No one called on Monday; we had to call 3 times on Tuesday just to find a live person who would answer the phone. Operator kept sending us to voicemail or a phone which never picked up. Agent said he got busy and he forgot to call to let us know the car was ready. We don't blame him, but if someone can't let us know, someone else should follow through. The worst part of the whole service appointment was trying to get someone on the phone to help us. It makes us think again about using another service place for the next appointment. I will give you 2 stars only because the service person was nice when we finally got to him, but as far as the dealership itself, you need to work on communication skills with your operator/appointment maker. More

My first service visit to Audi Fresno I made an appointment and took my 2016 Audi A3 for the 35K mile service to this dealer. Hugo and Brian was very helpful with great customer service. I I made an appointment and took my 2016 Audi A3 for the 35K mile service to this dealer. Hugo and Brian was very helpful with great customer service. I was provided with a loaner car a 2018 Audi A4 for the entire day and I also got to taste coffee from the fancy coffee bar they have in their dealership. Waiting in this dealership is also fun specially when you can ogle all those exotic cars (Porsche GT2, GT3, Ferrari etc.) around you. Honestly I love going to this place. Brings my inner child out. Thank you guys. More
