I worked with Hugo and the technician to isolate the noise and to determine how to proceed. The door was disassembled and reassembled, which seems to have fixed the problem. I was worried about the quality of reassembly, but after a few weeks of driving it seems that the technician did a good job of putting the door back together. More

Now very happy with the repair, car runs good. Service advisor (Bryan) was courteous, very honest and made sure repair is done in a timely manner. I definitely recommend having service done by Fresno Audi. More
