Service was, for the most part, a good experience. However, I was not notified that my vehicle would have to be kept overnight until after 4:00 in the afternoon. I had a loaner vehicle and felt somewhat stranded, as if I drove it any more than the 20 mile maximum I was on the hook for the additional fuel - a policy I am not fond of.
