Always treated well I've never had any complaints about the treatment I receive from the service staff at Fresno Audi: someone always meets me within seconds after I pul I've never had any complaints about the treatment I receive from the service staff at Fresno Audi: someone always meets me within seconds after I pull up; the service rep is courteous and explains the work to be done; something to drink is always offered before I leave the service rep's desk; and, the service rep (usually Shane Atkins) makes at least two visits to the waiting area to keep me apprised of the work being done on my car. My only complaint is that it's expensive. However, I know the work is being done correctly and the dealership will stand behind the work if there are ever any issues. More

40,000 Mile Check Made So Easy Our scheduled 40,000 mile check went without a hitch. We were given a loaner, the service took all day so we returned to our nearby home. Later that afternoon Shane Atkins called said everything had been completed and the car would be ready, as promised the following day. The car was serviced and washed! Shane made this process very easy, keep us informed of what was going to be done and also let up know of upcoming items that we may have to deal with. I so appreciate Shane and the master mechanics that keep us safe and running.
