Problems with tail light. 911 Thought a bulb was out on the brake light. Not that easy. Some critter chewed a few wires😡. Dorsey was absolutely incredible, there was zero pressure (although the car sold itself), and the entire process was smooth. Ted in finance was amazing as well and even included our 9 year old in the process of boring documents. Dorsey was not a fake nice, he is genuinely one of the nicest people we've ever met, which made buying the car so amazing. He knows his vehicles and was able to give pro's and con's easily. We will definitely be coming back when we need another vehicle. The Q7 is a little more expensive than comparable vehicles, but so far it is worth every penny (as Consumer Reports said it would be).
