I have been searching for a new car for over a month now. After several visits (~7) to a variety of dealerships and different brands, I finally knew what I wanted...and Audi Fresno had it. As I was coming from San Francisco, I wanted to make sure that we could make a deal if I liked the car. After some initial confusion when we started negotiating, everything was straightened out. Chris was very forthright. If he couldn't give me a direct factual answer, he would tell me so and went to find out the answer. He didn't try to xx me! That is rare, and that is something that I highly valued. In the end, I felt respected as a customer and I left with a great deal and a great car! It was definitely worth the drive to Fresno, and I would definitely go back there in the future. More

My purchase was an easy process over the phone and text to reach agreeable terms and when I drove out from the Bay Area to make the trade-in transaction, it was a smooth process. All the people I encountered during the sale were great. They made sure I got a tutorial on the new software features. I wish they were closer so I could take my car there for servicing.
