We received a warm welcome upon arrival and had an informative conversation with the service representative. The service was completed in a timely fashion. We were pleased that the service department informative conversation with the service representative. The service was completed in a timely fashion. We were pleased that the service department took the initiative to address our issue with the Audi sunscreen. Ultimately, we returned the sunscreen as it was too cumbersome to install or remove. This resulted in dislodging rear view mirror. Parts department was very helpful in assisting with the return of the shade. More
