Top Notch Service Advisors & Techs! I've been to Audi Stevens Creek and Audi Fremont for my service needs, and Audi Fremont has bar FAR exceeded my expectations for service (expectations I've been to Audi Stevens Creek and Audi Fremont for my service needs, and Audi Fremont has bar FAR exceeded my expectations for service (expectations always based on previous experience). The service advisors have always been easy to work with, easy to get in touch with and respond to questions in a timely matter (unlike other service advisors at other dealers), and that is HUGE. Not only that, the service technicians have always ALWAYS taken care of my care very well, and let me know of any other problems they see. Aaron Johnson has worked on my car a few times, and he has always treated my car, and myself, with respect and care. OCD in the BEST of ways. Alex Lira was the service advisor that has helped me with my most recent service needs, and as always, honest, quick to let me know whats going on with my car with updates, and super easy to work with. Excellent Service I've been to other Audi dealerships and waited for service even though I had an appointment and was on time. It can be stressful to have to break up y I've been to other Audi dealerships and waited for service even though I had an appointment and was on time. It can be stressful to have to break up your day for car service and walking into a stressful environment doesn't make that better. Audi Fremont was the opposite of that! Super relaxed because I was provided individual service, no wait time, clean waiting area with coffee. Car service was completed in the estimated time and looked like new. Highly recommend. More
