Steering wheel & all other surfaces that require human's hands interface were properly wrapped, and only removed right in front of the vehicle's owner right before the drive away. Extremely polite and responsive service staff. The door handle on the passenger side door had fallen off. My S5 only has 2,700 miles! I also mentioned the little tool for removing the plastic caps on the tyre bolts was missing. My image of Audi quality as I walked in the dealership was very low. As a long time owner of a Mercedes S500 and a 5 series BMW, I felt purchasing an Audi was a mistake. The way I was treated at the dealership literally changed my attitude. It is good to know when the car fails you, the service team will take excellent care. More
