I almost got a TLX, just because I was not sure about the leasing deal yet, I was about to come back to Acura next day with some study. However, somehow we stopped at Audi to give a first ever try on Audi A4, yes, that was the fun time started. Anyway, we ended up at Audi Fremont for the color/configuration we were looking for. We were so lucky that Dante got us first. He shared many knowledge and experiences with us to help us to make decision. Unlike other sale folks, Dante did never show any hint to rush the deal to his customer. Even better, he gave us a good deal already when we were ready for the quote to begin with. It seems Dante just enjoy his work more than selling stuff. At the time I drop my A4 off, we become friends. I strongly recommend Audi Fremont if you are looking for an audi product, and you shall go to Mr. Dante Kanki whom you can trust for sure. More

Great Service. No one knows they are there yet. I went to this dealership because they are new and it's really easy to get appointments. No one knows they are there yet so you can get appointments r I went to this dealership because they are new and it's really easy to get appointments. No one knows they are there yet so you can get appointments right away. I took off one star because the two things I went in there were not covered by the warranty. I wanted the brakes fixed and the alignment on my soft close doors fixed. They explained why they are not covered and they were very polite, but the Audi warranty always seems to have some reason why something is not covered. Also I needed a part for my car and they have to order it so i have to go back. It's not a rare part so i was surprised they didn't have it. They have a new fleet of loaners so that is nice. When I go to livermore I end up with a Hertz which I find annoying. Their service floor is clean, they have a great coffee machine, everyone is very polite and i will go there again over livermore or other Audi dealers. More
