In the end, I had the car I wanted, at a reasonable price. This was the 3rd Audi dealership I had been to in my quest to find the best price for the model that I wanted. During my first visit, the sales rep JUSTIN ALTEN spent a lot time (almost 3 hrs in total)t quest to find the best price for the model that I wanted. During my first visit, the sales rep JUSTIN ALTEN spent a lot time (almost 3 hrs in total)to discuss the model details, the price, the options, evaluation for a trade-in, the test drive, and the best price. Justin was not at all pushy - he was very patient....in fact he is one of the most patient and non-pushy car sales person I have ever met. I walked away from the dealership stating I would get back to them since I was not in a hurry and was also evaluating a BMW. In the following week, after several discussions over the phone we locked in the sale price which was the BEST amongst all the dealerships I had been to. In fact it was better than the "great price" on truecar.com. Since they did not immediately have the car that I wanted, it did take the dealership about 10 days to get the car into their possession - this was not an issue for me at all. The financing process and paper work took less than 30 mins. There were no "Filler" charges at all. I was extremely happy with the entire process. However, the outstanding service at Audi of Willow Grove sold me. I must say that my wife and I dread car shopping. Car salesmen usually “drive us crazy” (no pun intended). This dealership was a completely different story. They were not pushy; they were knowledgeable, patient, fair and very honest. Even though I was on a mission… I had my concerns. I had never purchased a used car before. Because of this the salesmen introduced me to Paul Mlinko, the Sr. Pre-owned car manager. He was awesome! He got in the car with me and drove a few miles in order to answer my questions and address my concerns. Paul also had the master technician, Dominic Foleno spend time with me. Dominic, like Paul was great! Very professional, knowledgeable and HONEST! The two (2) of them put all of my concerns to rest. Dominick and Paul spoke the same language. I didn’t feel like I was being lied too or told something just to get the car sold. My Salesmen, Ryan Stern was great with his follow up. He made sure that I had a smooth buying experience on the day of delivery, and he spent all the time I needed to become accustomed to the car before leaving the lot. Even though I live in NJ, I will service my vehicle with Audi of Willow Grove. Candace Isaac is an amazing person all around. I am 20 years old and I never thought I could get approved for a car in my own name with out a Co-Signer. I told her my situation on the phone and she told me that they go thru a lot of banks and that she would explain my situation to her boss and her finance specialist. She never gave up on me even if I was 30 miles away. She was very easy to get in contacted with when I had any questions. She always got back to me on my cell phone or even while I was at work. Yesturday, my mom, my dad & my self took the trip out to Willow Grove, PA and she made the experience for my first car unexplainable! She always was positive, always had a smile on her face, answered all of our questions. She was perfect!! She always went the extra mile for us and made us feel as if we were home.
