I highly recommend this dealership. I recently stopped in looking to trade in my 2007 A4 but I was not sure if I wanted to lease a new A4 or go with a pre-owned. Chris DiDio worked with me for several hours and really took his time to explain the pros and cons of each option. Never once did I feel like he was overbearing or pushy, which is very important to me. He genuinely wanted to make sure I felt good about my decision and that I drove away happy. He succeeded. I ended up buying a 2009 A4 and could not be happier with my purchase - the price, service, and overall experience at Audi Willow Grove was superb(most specifically Chris DiDio). More
Terrible salesperson, but pricing and vehicle sold me. Salesperson never followed up with me and showed a general lack of interest in closing the sale. From the first call to delivery of a new Audi A7 took about 10 days, completed without visiting the showroom until the day I turned in my 20,000 mile A4 and picked up the new A7. Deciding on the model, selecting the color of ext/int that I wanted,and the leasing paperwork all on the phone with a patient very experienced salesperson. I have been purchasing or leasing cars for over 50 years and currently lease another car of twice the value of this Audi, and have dealt with the dealerships of luxury autos every few years. No dealership has ever got me back twice, these guys did! More
Very pleasant experience, Lisa was straightforward and willing to work to answer any and all questions. Some standard sales techniques from the managerial staff, but overall very smooth, deliberate, and willing to work to answer any and all questions. Bill took excellent care of me in an efficient caring and professional manner. He procured a loaner for me when service told me none was available. He helped get me in and out when I needed to be on the ro professional manner. He procured a loaner for me when service told me none was available. First let me say that I don't think my experience is typical with what most will experience with this dealership. Upon arriving I had high hopes of buying my Audi from here. Upon meeting the salesman he introduced himself to myself and my fiancee but never asked me my name, which I would think is the basic customer service experience that should be delivered from a high end dealer. My fiance and I already did our research and knew we wanted a black Audi Q5. During the price negotiation Bill continued to use what I would call "Old School" high pressure car selling techinques. He indicated several times, quite roughly, that this deal was only available today and if we walked out the door, that was it and the "deal" would not be available. Furthermore the deal was the sticker price on the window, there was not any negotiation on the price whatsoever and he pretty much indicated we could take it or leave it. He went as far to print out several sheets of inventory and tell us that we couldn't even get a black vehicle. (What the point of that was, I have no idea) After this back and forth and when we finally decided to leave he sent over his sales manager who seemed clueless as to what she was talking to us about. Needless to say, I didn't take him up on the "great deal" he was offerring and there is now a black Q5 parked in my garage from another dealer. More
Worst sales experience I have ever had in buying any product. Twice in two years I handed this salesman a sale and he had no follow up. I had a very pleasant experience at Willow Grove Audi. My salesperson was Bill Share. Bill was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Once he was presented with what I was looking (new 2012 A6) for salesperson was Bill Share. Bill was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Once he was presented with what I was looking (new 2012 A6) for he went out of his way to find the car to my exact specifications. I did not feel pressured in anyway to accept anything less than what I wanted. I appreciate Bill's helpfulness and concern for my needs. His assistant Jeff was nice as well. Will return again when making my next purchase. More
