it took 2 days for the service center to get back to me. I needed a repair that they said I could not use my insurance to pay for. I was told I'd have to pay almost 2k out of pocket then go to insurance t I needed a repair that they said I could not use my insurance to pay for. So, even though I bought my car here, I'll have to take my repair business to a different Audi. sad More

Don’t buy a car from them. Bought a Q3 it was bad from the beginning long story short spent 5,000 to get it fixed but it needed a new engine!
