waste of time we test drove a vehicle on a saturday that they didn't have the title to. They asked us to come back Tuesday at 430 to pick up the car. At 2pm Tuesd we test drove a vehicle on a saturday that they didn't have the title to. They asked us to come back Tuesday at 430 to pick up the car. At 2pm Tuesday, they didn't even run the credit. When we got there we waited 45 minutes to be told we would have to wait another 45 minutes, because finance was behind. on a Tuesday afternoon, when they had 3 days to process everything and get the vehicle and paperwork ready for us when we arrived. When we told him we were leaving and not purchasing the vehicle, the only thing he said was we'll have your deposit mailed in 7-10 business days. I would never go back again. More

I was on the hunt for my next car and decided to check out Audi because I was coming out of a BMW. I walked in and started talking to a sales person. I explained I was searching from my next car, currently had a 3 series and wanted to know what Audi was like because I had never been in one. He looked at his computer for a few seconds and said "they were out of cars". Slightly bewildered I then asked if they had anything pre-owned and he said "no". Confused at the lack of trying to sell me a car I walked out of the dealership and went on the website to see they had plenty of A3s and A4s in stock. Needless to say I won't be purchasing a car from this dealership. More
Oil Consumption issue on my A4 I was just over 8 years but under 80k miles (the extended warranty period for my A4), so took my 2011 A4 to them to check on the oil consumption. The I was just over 8 years but under 80k miles (the extended warranty period for my A4), so took my 2011 A4 to them to check on the oil consumption. The service advisor said they would do a comprehensive check and then check with Audi of America if they would still cover the car. The service team took a nice video walkthrough which showed no leaks, and said that was the extent of their checking. And presented me with a bill for $200. The Service advisor then quoted me $1800+ to do an oil consumption test. So net, they charged me $200 for the video walkthrough and did not do any oil consumption testing. And i wasted a day dropping the car, picking it up, etc. What a total waste of time. More
Breakdown caused by service work I had a turbo malfunction in my A4 and had an extended warranty that covered the replacement. After 3-4 weeks of loaners and battling with the extende I had a turbo malfunction in my A4 and had an extended warranty that covered the replacement. After 3-4 weeks of loaners and battling with the extended warranty company, Audi of Ft Washington finally replaced the Turbo. However after about 2 weeks of limited driving, my A4 suddenly overheated in a construction zone on a major highway. The issue was that when Audi of Ft Washington replaced the Turbo, they did not connect the coolant hose back to the radiator properly. The hose disconnected while I was driving and all the coolant quickly exited the vehicle causing the overheating. You would think that with something that critical to the operation of the vehicle, Audi of Ft Washington service would be multiple checks and procedures in place to make sure the hose was securely fastened. I went back to Audi of Ft Washington for reimbursement of the repair expense and they agreed to reimburse me for the cost, however that was 4 weeks ago and I still have not received the check. When I follow up with my service attendant and also with the service manager, all I get is finger pointing and blame elsewhere in the Audi organization. They have a very nice new facility and moving in and out of the service area is pretty good, but when a customer has an issue and they have to correct it, they fall horribly short. This is the second issue I have had with their service area and will not be going back to this location ever again. I love my Audi and have had 2 others, but Audi of Ft Washington has lost a customer for ever due to their service incompetence. More

People who will rip you off and won’t blink I had to go to willow grove Audi because of emergency. My low oil pressure came on along with check engine light. I was in the area, so I went. They c I had to go to willow grove Audi because of emergency. My low oil pressure came on along with check engine light. I was in the area, so I went. They charged me 175$ to diagnose the car.. yes, everybody 175$ to hook up a computer and read a code. 4 hours later, I was told the there were several things wrong. 1. Some sort of switch and 2. Some kind of valve. Total estimated job ( told by “service rep”) - 750$ on top of diagnostics, plus tax.. I was assured that I can’t drive the car, bc i can ruin the engine. I was floored by such an insane estimate considering that my car is 5 years old with 40k miles on it. So I thanked them for their job and left. Literally got in the car and looked over estimate.. I discovered a TIRE ROTATION CHARGE OF 100$ on it. Hm... I guess they just thought that a dumb blond won’t notice. I was so mad on how they were so eager to rip me off. I took my phone out and googled- eauropean car repair. I called The first one that came up.it was literally called-EUROPEAN CAR REPAIR! I told them what my car was “diagnosed” with and asked for estimate. 250$ people!! 250$ I went there. They re-diagnoses it FOR FREE and got it done in no time!!!! Amazing people, amazing service. It is dispeakable what willow grove was trying to do with me! Do not ever go there! More

Audi Owners Do Not Matter Where do I begin....... DAY 1) WEDNESDAY, JUNE 27TH, DROP OFF: I called weeks in advance for my cars routine maintenance. I arrived on Wednesday, Jun Where do I begin....... DAY 1) WEDNESDAY, JUNE 27TH, DROP OFF: I called weeks in advance for my cars routine maintenance. I arrived on Wednesday, June 27th at 9:50 AM, for my 10am booked time. I signed in with Mike to pick up my courtesy vehicle per extra warranty when I purchased my AUDI TT . While checking-in Mike informs me that it will be ready the next day. I was surprised because I was not told this was going to be a 24 hour visit when I called to book the appointment, but I came to terms with this and did not get my blood pressure up. I live 25 miles away from this dealership. Everyone knows that this can mean 25 miles of cake walk or 25 miles of nightmare BUT, 100 miles driven just to get my car serviced, not so thrilled. This dealerships reviews looked good on the surface and that is why I chose Willow Grove Audi. DAY 2) THURSDAY- First pick-up date given: A call from Mike letting me know my car would be ready until Friday and they were "very overwhelmed in the department with a back log of cars". We had company coming into town and I was unable to work with the 29th due to traveling to the Philadelphia airport in the morning and then late afternoon. Mike and I agreed Monday July 2nd would work. He made it very clear it would be ready and waiting for me Monday and thanked me for understanding their "overwhelmed" state. DAY 3) FRIDAY- June 29TH: I called to get a clear time for me to pick up my car Monday. Mike was not in, so I left a message. I had realized I needed to drive back to the airport Monday the 2nd of July and wanted to work my pick up in while I was on that side of the highway near Willow Grove Audi. It would be a shorter distance and work well. I called early that Friday and DID NOT GET ANY RESPONSE BACK! DAY 4) SATURDAY: NOTHING FROM WILLOW GROVE AUDI DAY 5) SUNDAY: DEALERSHIP CLOSED, SO NOTHING FROM WILLOW GROVE AUDI. DAY 6) MONDAY, Second pick up date: I travelled to the airport and back home, due to not hearing anything from Mike. I called Willow Grove Audi to see what time I could get my car. Mike was not in so I talked with Cory. HE INFORMED ME MY CAR WAS STILL IN THE PARKING LOT WAITING TO BE WORKED ON. This was 12:45pm JULY 2nd and my car had not been touched in 6 days. I was not pleased and asked to speak to the Manager at Willow Grove Audi. Cory offered me his Assistant Manager of the Service Department. I made it clear that would not cut it and the Manager of Willow Grove Audi was who I expected to talk to. I talked with a gentleman by the name of "Ray" that portrayed himself to be just that. I told him all of the above written. He mentioned they were building a new Audi Dealership in Fort Washington and moving there. They are extremely overwhelmed and can not handle what they have well. I didn't need to know all this. Raymond offered me a FULL DETAIL COUPON WITH NO EXPIRATION DATE in compensation for the horrible service. He would email it to me and my car would be ready for pick-up Tuesday. I was so frustrated, but NEVER once did I treat these people disrespectfully. Day 7) TUESDAY, JULY 3RD Third pick up date: Noon came and went, then the calI came early afternoon and I was notified my car was ready for pickup so I left right away. I arrived at 2:30pm and Mike apologized for not getting back to me the past Friday, 5 days ago. He confirmed that Ray, whom I was led to believe was the Manager of Willow Grove Audi, was emailing me my detailing coupon. I paid what I owed and left without much being said 7 FULL DAYS AFTER I LEFT MY CAR THERE FOR A STANDARD SERVICE. I checked my email when I arrived home, but no coupon or email from Raymond. DAY 8) WEDNESDAY, JULY 4TH: CHECKED EMAIL, NO COUPON FROM WILLOW GROVE AUDI. DAY 9) THURSDAY, JULY 5TH: CHECKED EMAIL, NO COUPON FROM WILLOW GROVE AUDI. DAY 10) FRIDAY, JULY 6TH: CHECKED EMAIL, NO COUPON FROM WILLOW GROVE AUDI. DAY 11) SATURDAY, JULY 7TH: My husband and I wrote and email to the true Manager of Willow Grove Audi, Ben Mears and included Mike from the Service Department making sure the Management at Willow Grove Audi understood what their clients were going through. DAY 12) SUNDAY JULY 8TH: DEALERSHIP CLOSED, SO NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL SENT TO THE MANAGER BEN MEARS AT WILLOW GROVE AUDI. DAY 13) MONDAY JULY 9TH: NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL SENT TO THE MANAGER BEN MEARS AT WILLOW GROVE AUDI. DAY 14) TUESDAY JULY 10TH: NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL SENT TO THE MANAGER BEN MEARS AT WILLOW GROVE AUDI. DAY 15) WEDNESDAY JULY 11TH: NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL SENT TO THE MANAGER BEN MEARS AT WILLOW GROVE AUDI. Did not want to show us the inside of the car, did not seem like he was interested in making a sale....in the end went to Audi of Wynwood and purchased the car and got a great deal! Thank you John for making me go somewhere else~ Saved me tons of money compared to the only $900 you were going to give me off the car! Do not go here people, since they changed ownership, seems like it has been going downhill More

The Dropped my car off for Audicare service and one warranty item. Expected my car at the end of the day. They called and said the couldn't get to it. The next day they called and said that the couldn't get to it again and wanted me to leave it over the weekend. When I told them hat I would pick it up and take it elsewhere, they had it done in one hour. When I picked it up, they told me my one item was not warrantable. After I pushed them they agreed to fix it but they would need to come back again. I hope all Audi dealerships are not like ke ths one. More
