SA’s should build trust to retain customers. Daniel Peach didn’t help me feel at ease re: the diagnosis of my A5 or help me understand the issue with my tank having to be replaced. He’s a disrespectful BULLY who didn’t bother to listen to my concerns up front and tried to prevent me from writing a review by using a fake email address. This guy is the worst! More
