Quick, efficient and friendly I'm a snowbird from Ontario Canada and as my S5 was loaded onto a transporter to be brought down the Law of a certain Mr Sod came into play and the 's I'm a snowbird from Ontario Canada and as my S5 was loaded onto a transporter to be brought down the Law of a certain Mr Sod came into play and the 'service due' light came on. While I have bought a car or two from Ft Myers Audi this was the first chance to use the service department. I booked online for a 45k service and a change of brake fluid [as a race car driver I firmly believe in prevention being better than cure]. Check-in was seamless, staff very pleasant and the service seemingly thorough. Lounge not to the standard of the new dealerships in Toronto but they are ridiculous and always remind me that it is the customer that is paying for them! Lounge was however perfectly adequate for my needs with good wifi, coffee and fresh cookies. What more can you need? More
