Total Efficiency and Top-Notch Customer Service Recently brought my Audi Q7 in for it’s complementary 10K oil change and service work. I was met by friendly service staff and escorted to my Service Recently brought my Audi Q7 in for it’s complementary 10K oil change and service work. I was met by friendly service staff and escorted to my Service Rep, Dan. Dan was friendly and professional in getting my car info registered to begin the service work. I waited while the service work was being performed and it took only a little over an hour. The service customer area was comfortable with TVs and they offered snacks, drinks and coffee while waiting. I would recommend this Audi Service to other Audi customers looking for a service and dealership. More
This Dealership has alway exceeded my expectations. I bought my first vehicle from this Dealership in August of 2014. I was assigned Sal Schillaci as my service advisor and he is still with me to this day. I hope this company realizes what an extraordinary person Sal is and how well he represents the company. Sal is proactive not reactive. He does every thing possible to meet my service needs from scheduling, making sure things are done right the first time and advising me on my vehicles needs. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best Sal is a 12. I lived 3 miles from the Dealership. I moved 35 miles away and close to another Audi Dealership, but it is not even a question of where my vehicle will be serviced. In addition I think the prepaid service plan is a bargain. Thanks for making owning an Audi an easy and pleasant experience. More
