Super great service I took my 2008 A4 in to have a key coded, I had 3 lights out, a fog,a parking, and another,the guys put 2 in for free cuz they had them on hand and c I took my 2008 A4 in to have a key coded, I had 3 lights out, a fog,a parking, and another,the guys put 2 in for free cuz they had them on hand and charged me $3.50 for the other one. Informed me of some issues and since I'm on a budget showed me what was most important to take care of first but also eased my mind that it wasn't an issue where I'd b stranded on the Rd. That is really appreciated, as a woman i need to hear that and usually I don't hear that. Dan was so professional and trusting, I really walked out of there very HAPPY instead of worried. Best Dealership Ever!! I honestly have never been to a dealership where everyone was actually happy to be working there. From the moment I pulled in the service lane I was g I honestly have never been to a dealership where everyone was actually happy to be working there. From the moment I pulled in the service lane I was greeted by Chris one of the service advisors. Chris was fantastic! And I also found out he wasn't my assigned service advisor but it didn't matter he took excellent care of me and advised me to expect a call from Sal later in the day when my car was ready for pick up. Then Chris took me to my loaner and I was on my way. Later in the day Sal called and let me know that all looked good other than my gas cap that need to be replaced and he get that done under warranty and have it by tomorrow. My old dealership never offered to get this done for me. When Sal called the next morning to say the car was ready I ran over and met with him signed the paperwork and then I met with Ashley in F&I buy the pre-paid service package and she was fantastic as well. Then I had then honor of meeting Nick in Parts to pay for a fleece jacket I bought and he was so funny. So again everyone at this dealership is so kind & friendly & helpful & a real pleasure to work with. So thanks Chris, Sal, Ashley & Nick you were all OUTSTANDING!!!! More

Scam Artistry At Its Finest, Better at Audi of Naples When my husband and I began our car search, we visited this dealership as it was very close to our home. We were impressed initially with our salesper When my husband and I began our car search, we visited this dealership as it was very close to our home. We were impressed initially with our salesperson as he did not appear gimmicky or pushy, but instead let us peruse the inventory and check out specs on different cars. We were given a price on a car we were very interested in, and although we inquired about pricing incentives, were told this price was "the best that could be offered." Upon leaving the dealership, we received calls from other dealerships in the area from an online inquiry we submitted. A salesman from a nearby dealer encouraged us to come check out their inventory. We test drove a couple pre-owned vehicles, but soon decided we preferred a newer car. The sales guy was kind enough to print out specs on a car we wanted at a price significantly less than the car we wanted in Ft Myers. This was without any haggling or negotiating. When we returned home, I wanted to compare the specs on the two cars. Surely the Ft Myers once must have more features or a fancier package, right? As it turns out, it was for the SAME EXACT vehicle with the same VIN number. The package was identical, because the car was identical. We quickly phoned the salesman at Audi of Ft Myers-having seen him first we felt some level of loyalty to him and wanted to give him the sale since he did show us the car first. When we asked about price matching, he became incredibly rude-basically accused my husband and I both of "lunacy" and "not having our facts straight." He said this was the "craziest thing he had ever heard and highly doubted this was the same car." He then, hung up. Later, the GM called to find out why my husband and I had not returned to purchase a car. I politely told her that her salesman made us feel inadequate and basically called us liars on the phone. When she asked, as he never had, what discounts/incentives were provided she quickly apologized that Audi of Ft Myers had forgotten to ask what other vehicles we owned (apparently there is a loyalty discount). She said the price we were quoted was a bit extreme and she was not sure if they could match it, insisting it was for a car with different features. I was getting frustrated at this point, so I blurted out that it was the SAME CAR WITH THE SAME VIN. She said she would get back to me and hung up. Later that day, as we were heading to the other dealership excited for our purchase, our sales guy called and said that Ft Myers was refusing to release the vehicle we wanted to purchase. It seems that they resorted to child-like antics and refused to release the car to sell to us. Anyhow, as with all villainous tales, we ended up securing a vehicle with even more features through the other dealership with a very pleasant, respectable transaction in which we were not called names or accused of being lunatics. We will gladly take our business there again in the near future. So there's our happy ending. More

Most rude and impolite general manager I purchased a 2016 Audi A6 from this dealership. I was out of town and had a slight delay (one day) in getting a check cleared from my bank due to hol I purchased a 2016 Audi A6 from this dealership. I was out of town and had a slight delay (one day) in getting a check cleared from my bank due to holidays and hold on money transfer. I assured the dealership that I'll get the payment cleared same day. The managed was most impolite and rude and threatened to get my car removed from my home. I had to call my bank and have the payment sent overnight. I'm an educated professional (physician) and have never experienced such arrogant, impolite and unprofessional attitude from a business. And I was not buying potatoes. His insulted me and I had to report him to Audi headquarters in USA. I would never recommend anyone to deal with the rude general managers at Audi Fort Myers. More

Poor service I purchased a used 2015 vehicle from here and while the sales person was great everyone else at the dealership was poor to say the least. I wanted to purchase the EXTRA 3m shield to avoid rock chips but the finance lady specifically said that the perma plate not onMy protects from rock chips but it covers the inside to. Well that's not true at all. I have many rock chips after less than 1 month of owning the car. I took the survey from the dealership and requested that the general manager contact me. Well that never happened as the manager still hasn't called. The sad part is I wanted to spend more money with the 3m vs the perma plate by $300. Poor service would not recommend as the dealership has done nothing to make it right. More
