Went in for service because my light came on for tire issues. I had a nail in my tire and my tire needed to be replaced. I thought that I had a service plan. My sales person Armando Roman, the General Manager Dave Forbes and Service Representative Zack Stucket all got involved to research it for me. It made me feel like I mattered. Dave took the time to explain the tire warranty after it has been a year and now I know for the future. I plan to continue to bring my car only to Audi service and when I am ready to buy a new car I will definitely ask for Armando Roman and continue to recommended all my real estate clients to him.
