When I called I spoke with Taylor Marshall, and initially asked to ensure the car was a non smoking vehicle. Taylor confirmed and called me back in 10 minutes, and I went to his dealership within the hour. Taylor already had the paperwork including the original window sticker, and a CarFax for review and we took a test drive. The rest his history. Quick, courteous service with a full compliment of support staff helping Taylor. Our only wrinkle was an additional hurdle of having the purchase registered in California under our business name. Taylor and his team coursed though those obstacles for us. Although this purchase was for a used trade in of another brand (Jeep), Taylor and his team have earned our business for future Audi and other needs. I would recommend Audi Fort Myers to anyone!!
