Came in for a car wash and left with a new Q5 We brought our 2016 Q5 in for a car wash, and decided to look at the new models while we were waiting. We had already looked at a couple of alternativ We brought our 2016 Q5 in for a car wash, and decided to look at the new models while we were waiting. We had already looked at a couple of alternatives as we knew our lease would soon expire, but nothing we saw could match what we already had for comfort and features. We met with Taylor, and he showed us the updated model, and took us out for a test drive. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and was a pleasure to work with. We were able to terminate our old lease early, and to lease the updated Q5. We had to wait a few days for delivery as the colors that we wanted were not in the current inventory, but it did not take long, and we knew what we wanted. Erika handled the lease contract, and explained all of the financial details of the paperwork. Altogether a good experience. More

From the vehicle prep through the test drive, Roy was thorough and answered my questions without hesitation. As well, Brand Specialist Jeffre Barrack guided my wife and I through the technology in the vehicle and again answered all of our questions. Young dude with a great future with Audi. Finally, Josh Escobar was the Finance guy that led us through the exhaustive paperwork involved, discussed the options (no high pressure there!) and finalized the deal. Myers team could not have been more different- from the evening where I made my inquiry on availability at about 8pm on a Thursday (with first response from Taylor @ 10:30pm that night!), to having my father-in-law test drive (I'm 3 hours away and he's nearby), to picking it up late Saturday afternoon, I felt informed, honestly communicated with and above all appreciated. Beautiful showroom, friendly staff, Taylor stayed late after closing to show me the features of my first Audi (even after the sale was made)- just an excellent experience from start to finish. Oh, and I got a great deal plus I love the car. Thanks (new dad) Taylor and team, will see you next time I'm in the market! More
