bought a 2024 Audi A5 in April. purchased extended warranty items which I immediately canceled even though the items added $4,000 to my loan. Took 5 months to get refunded after mul purchased extended warranty items which I immediately canceled even though the items added $4,000 to my loan. Took 5 months to get refunded after multiple emails often without reply until the 3rd or 4th request. My worst car buying experience in 56 years of buying new cars. can't wait to get rid of the car and be done with Audi and the Ft Myers dealership. More
