Even with a brand new car, sometimes there can be a problem. On the second day of driving our new Q7, we noticed that the front passenger seat belt was not retracting properly. Although we purchased our 2013 Q7 at Coral Springs Audi, the Lighthouse Point Audi dealership was closer and more convenient to our home. We met with Taylor Henry in the Lighthouse Point Audi service department and told her about the seat belt problem. She immediately arranged for a 2013 Q7 loaner and ordered the part. Taylor constantly kept us updated on the progress of getting a replacement. Because of the dealership providing a loaner and especially because of Taylor's interest, as well as her resourcefulness, we never felt very inconvenienced by the problem with our new Audi Q7. I am on the road for work, so not having a car would have been more than an inconenience: it would have meant a monetary loss. They made sure they took care of me expeditiously, and worked with my schedule to get the car back. Other Audi dealers require you to schedule a loaner as much as two weeks in advance, which is not at all practical when an unforeseen problem arises. I especially liked the individualized attention I received from everyone. More
