Fantastic service from this great dealership! They were timely in finding the issue with my car and paid for my rental while they serviced the vehicle. I am on the road for work, so not having a car would timely in finding the issue with my car and paid for my rental while they serviced the vehicle. I am on the road for work, so not having a car would have been more than an inconenience: it would have meant a monetary loss. They made sure they took care of me expeditiously, and worked with my schedule to get the car back. Other Audi dealers require you to schedule a loaner as much as two weeks in advance, which is not at all practical when an unforeseen problem arises. I especially liked the individualized attention I received from everyone. More
