Very pleased with service & personnel for last 5 years -until last visit. Service rep was scattered when I showed up for my scheduled appointment, flustered & unprepared; another rep stepped in to take ca -until last visit. Service rep was scattered when I showed up for my scheduled appointment, flustered & unprepared; another rep stepped in to take care of me. Unprofessional experience, making me uncomfortable. Noticed big turnover in staff recently. Also, expected by vehicle to be washed after servicing, but bluntly told the machine was down; the right thing to do was to offer a rain check on a wash, but none was offered. In the future when shopping for a car, will be open to looking at other dealerships. More

I have had several interactions with Audi Fort Lauderdale’s Service department. The last two have been negative, and I will not go there again—or purchase a car from them. After my most recent Lauderdale’s Service department. The last two have been negative, and I will not go there again—or purchase a car from them. After my most recent visit, I noticed paint chips on the hood of my car — including scrapes down to the bare metal the size of a quarter. I immediately returned to show them the paint, and the response of the Service Department staff was, “what do you want me to do about it?” I told them there were no paint chips when I dropped off the car. “It looks like it’s flaking off.” I replied again that there were no paint chips. “I’m not repainting the hood of your car.” And they basically told me to leave. Truly abysmal response. No more for me. More
