I have had several interactions with Audi Fort Lauderdale’s Service department. The last two have been negative, and I will not go there again—or purchase a car from them. After my most recent Lauderdale’s Service department. The last two have been negative, and I will not go there again—or purchase a car from them. After my most recent visit, I noticed paint chips on the hood of my car — including scrapes down to the bare metal the size of a quarter. I immediately returned to show them the paint, and the response of the Service Department staff was, “what do you want me to do about it?” I told them there were no paint chips when I dropped off the car. “It looks like it’s flaking off.” I replied again that there were no paint chips. “I’m not repainting the hood of your car.” And they basically told me to leave. Truly abysmal response. No more for me. More

I've had my Audi for over 3 years now. It's been a great experience at this dealership, from when I first got my car here, through the years of service. Have to mention Michele and Demko Parking Carwash and experience at this dealership, from when I first got my car here, through the years of service. Have to mention Michele and Demko Parking Carwash and Detail here; hands down THE GREATEST perk of having my Audi and this dealership! There's no one else I would trust with my car; he and his team always do a phenomenal job. Michele has gone out of his way many times to fit me in when I am running late, always works with super attention to detail, helps me with any questions I have about my car. Audi experience would not be the same without him and his team; can't say enough! More

Harold in the service department is the most clueless person I’ve ever met. I wasted a half hour waiting for my vehicle to be checked after he said the mechanics were taking a look at it. WORST DEALERSHIP SERVICE !!! They schedule you an appointment and your car sits around for days till they “get around” to it. Car was in for 2 weeks and was only looked at for 5 hrs. 2 weeks later, appointment and your car sits around for days till they “get around” to it. Car was in for 2 weeks and was only looked at for 5 hrs. 2 weeks later, they still couldn't figure out what the issue was. After getting my car back by personally requesting it back, car was given back to me damaged. They said it wasn't their problem and not their responsibility!!! Really people... you damaged my car and yet wouldn't fix the damage. These people put ZERO EFFORT into their jobs and could care less about your car. Highly recommend you go elsewhere. After multiple conversations dealing with the issue one of the managers say... “i cant help, its above my pay grade.” $2k in damages later from a dealer on an R8. After reviewing their video footage it is clear as day that when the car was dropped off for service it was mint and undamaged. They still say they are not taking responsibility for their damages. Highly advised to go elsewhere. They don't care about you nor your investments. More

Worst experience ever. Outrageous pricing. Brought the car with AC problems. Picked it up with AC not working at all. But still had to pay $460 for checking. Long wait allegedly because the car wash took car with AC problems. Picked it up with AC not working at all. But still had to pay $460 for checking.
