Very friendly, efficient, polite and well-spoken. She got my car in and out of service fast. She's a pleasure to have as a service tech. I can't rate Eric Palmer (below request) as I don' believe I've ever met him. I will say yes to recommending this service center as they are improving. Last visit I would have said no. More

Karina was so friendly and accommodating. I was in for a recall item and they checked my tire pressure because the light was on. They filled all my tires because they were low. I was there for a recall. Upon speaking with the representative I advised that my oil may be low and if so to please change the oil. I was advised that I would get a call if same was necessary. I was also told that my fluids would be topped off. A week later, my change oil light activated as did my windshield fluid light. This all could’ve been done at the same time. I’m pretty disappointed that this was not and I have to come back again More
