Not helpful, poor customer service. The fact that I was having a safety issue and it needed to be fixed with a part they didn’t have on stock and they weren’t able to give me a loaner i The fact that I was having a safety issue and it needed to be fixed with a part they didn’t have on stock and they weren’t able to give me a loaner is unacceptable. I’ve worked with a lot of Audi dealerships and especially with a safety issue, that should never have been the case. More
