I came in for low tire pressure and the rep was able to spot right away I had a nail in the tire. She got me in right away, checked I had insurance and got me in and out in about 40 min. My experience in the waiting area could have been better with complimentary snacks and bottled water as is usually the case at luxury car dealership. Audi Ft.
