Compared to Audi Pembroke Pines it is very lackluster. The wait area has no water or snacks. Haven’t really had a service yet. I made an appointment online for my vehicle for a recall drove 45 minutes to your service center only to be told that they need to order the part and I made an appointment online for my vehicle for a recall drove 45 minutes to your service center only to be told that they need to order the part and leave the car without a loaner available. This was not feasible they should’ve advised me prior to Coming to your service center however Jason was professional and courteous and advised me he would call once the part is in And would reserve a loaner vehicle. this has been about a week now not sure how long it takes to get the Parts in.
