Mr Norbey Tobon, was passing by, and was very helpful, then he introduced me to Mr. Fernandez and between the 2,they convinced me, and within 1 hour I was signing the lease document. They were very knowledgeable, explained everything in a simple way, that I was able to make my decisicion within 1 hour. Will recommend the dealer with my eyes closed. Very Happy with my Q5. More

We were in the market for a new SUV and were comparing Mercedes, Audi and Lexus. When we came to Audi, Owen was so informative and non-pressure and listened to all our concerns, that coupled with the Mercedes, Audi and Lexus. Chris helped us to know how to set up my cell phone with the car. I had three times sought help from my Texas dealer without getting it. It was so relatively simple to do it that the Texas dealership should be ashamed. You have a beautiful dealership facility with great people, if your other team members are as committed and helpful as Christian. It is this expected level of customer care, even for someone not your customer, that caused me to change to Audi from Mercedes. Since I have moved to South Florida I have used Audi Lighthouse Point for all my service needs. They may not be the closest Audi dealership to my house but I prefer to drive the extra mile for the frie Lighthouse Point for all my service needs. They may not be the closest Audi dealership to my house but I prefer to drive the extra mile for the friendly service from Taylor, Rick and Rene. I have previously shopped here for a new car and actually felt bad when I found another deal someplace else. Owen was the greatest and wanted to make sure my next purchase was with him. Benny was very informative and enthusiastic in showing me a new S6 that I had my eye on when I dropped my car off for service. When I went back, the GSM, Chris, showed me a few cars I liked and, knowing my taste, suggested a car I always wanted but wasn't shopping for at the time. Owen came along for a test drive (somehow he managed to fit in the back seat) and went over my new (used) 2010 S5 Cabriolet with me. Chris ran the numbers and we came to a deal. I will be coming back in 6 months to order a new Q5 and can't imagine buying from any other Audi dealerships in the area. More

The staff at Lighthouse Point Audi were professional and personable. They made us feel very comfortable. Their follow up during the sales process was good and the closing process went quickly and smoothly. We took delivery of the car the very same evening we purchased it. From Nick the sales person with his product knowledge to Chris and his bargaining skills, the entire experience was done timely and pleasantly. Then came the dreaded finance meeting and, to my surprise, I was met by the nicest finance manager I have ever dealt with (Many deals have died at this point). But to my surprise Mr. Norbey Tobon blew me away! He gave me the choices, the options, of which I chose what I did or did not want and we finished it in record time. I will not only be back for future sales, but I will shout my experience from the tree tops to everyone I know! Even with a brand new car, sometimes there can be a problem. On the second day of driving our new Q7, we noticed that the front passenger seat belt was not retracting properly. Although we purchased our 2013 Q7 at Coral Springs Audi, the Lighthouse Point Audi dealership was closer and more convenient to our home. We met with Taylor Henry in the Lighthouse Point Audi service department and told her about the seat belt problem. She immediately arranged for a 2013 Q7 loaner and ordered the part. Taylor constantly kept us updated on the progress of getting a replacement. Because of the dealership providing a loaner and especially because of Taylor's interest, as well as her resourcefulness, we never felt very inconvenienced by the problem with our new Audi Q7.
