I scheduled a service appointment for a manufacturer's recall on a suspension part, and the repair was completed within my promised wait time, including a comprehensive vehicle inspection. The bonus was that David cured a problem I had since delivery of the vehicle 8 months ago. Every few minutes my screen showed an error message regarding installation of web services for Audi Connect features. At delivery and on a few subsequent occasions, dealership personnel had been unable to help and advised a software update was awaited from the factory. I was told this again a few weeks ago. However, David thought he might be able to fix the problem. He performed a soft reset by holding down the MMI button. The system took about a minute to reload and... problem solved! Thank you, David! More

I had a great experience while dealing with Henry Chang the service advisor. The car was fixed after a faulty battery and damaged timing cover with leaking oil. However, the other advisor prior to transfer the service advisor. The car was fixed after a faulty battery and damaged timing cover with leaking oil. However, the other advisor prior to transferring me by my request to Henry was unpleasant and rude regarding why I had my Audi towed into the dealer. Again I would like to say that I have dealt with Henry Chang many times now as my advisor and he is the best, ask for him! More

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Do not purchase or service your vehicle here. Find a different Audi dealer. I have never been so disrespected and had my time wasted like I have by this place. On Saturday 7/10/2021I made an appt for a factory bent wheel for my Audi S3. When I made the appt I told them I didn't want to leave my vehicle and wanted to wait. Shouldn't have taken them long to take off a wheel and see that it is bent with no damage done to the wheel. I was told that was ok. So I show up for my appt. When I show up I wait and I am told that I need to leave my vehicle through the weekend because a manager is needed. I dont know why a manager is needed but that's what I was told. I told them that I didn't want to leave my vehicle through the weekend and that I specifically said that before I made my appt. So they told me to come back on Monday. I show up on Monday and after a 30 minute wait I finally get help. This time I am told that they need my vehicle for an extended period of time because I don't have an appt. I didnt have an appt because they told me to just bring my vehicle in and that I didn't need one. At this point my frustration level went through the roof. I told them that I will just take my vehicle to another audi dealer. The guy helping which I don't know the name of but he had a boot on one leg from an injury in a very condescending and rude manner told me to have a nice day and walked away. That blew me over the time and I told him F you and he said "you too". I should have never said what I did but the level of customer service drove me to be rude. You don't waste people's time and you sure don't speak to them the way he spoke to me. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER FOR ANYTHING. More
