Even in temporary digs they are top notch in service from beginning to end. Quick, friendly, efficient intake. Shuttle or rental car options to get home. Shuttle svc was delayed the morning I dropped car off so head service/sales manager personally drove me home. Didn’t need a rental car but they would have provided if I had. Thorough check of car and cool new communication via email and text to convey issues with car and options for service. Loved it because it was quick and easy to view. Can just respond via email or text to approve service. Also able to pay same way. They provided me a shuttle back to pick up my car. Shuttle driver Mark was really knowledgeable and we had a nice conversation. Especially appreciated how David Aguilar, my service mgr, explained items that could wait and others that needed immediate work. Showed that they really did review the entire car while it was in for something specific. Will go back. More
