Exceeding Expectations - Delivering CE Customer Experience (CE) began with the 1st touch with my phone call to schedule the recall service appointment with Yamani. She did a terrific job de Customer Experience (CE) began with the 1st touch with my phone call to schedule the recall service appointment with Yamani. She did a terrific job detailing what would occur from my arrival through service completion: she offered several appointment schedule options, expected length of service time, name of service advisor, etc. Both check-in techs were welcoming, courteous, efficient, and immediately summoned my service advisor. The best 2-words to describe these 2-techs are ‘crisp’ and ‘sharp’: appropriately dressed, well spoken, direct eye contact, and committed to moving the process forward in a purposeful manner. My service advisor Frank Carmago is a gem - a ‘diamond in the rough’ representing your company. He has an intuitive feel for immediately grasping the customer dynamic and tailoring-delivering the CE to address that dynamic. He very efficiently addressed my time constraint - getting on the road to the Dodgers game in-time, and also emailed the service docs to save additional time. He basically exceeded my expectations to the point of “why would i ever think of going anywhere else??” Don’t lose this guy - and provide him with a more expansive role where he can be even more effective: CE Manager. He’ll address and manage your entire CE Delivery. I work for Amazon Robotics where the premise is: the smartest person in the room is the most EFFECTIVE person. Put Frank in that role! Good service, but My service rep, Frank was great. He called and texted me to let me know how my service was going and what needed to be done which was minor. I brought the car in to be serviced because the service light kept going on. When I picked the car up, he said the mechanic mentioned the car didn’t need an oil change, the car looked good, except for a nail head in tire and a small oil leak from he rear shock absorber. I decided not to have it replaced at this time. When, I ask why the service light was still on, Frank told me it would cost me $93 to have it turned off. I was shocked, is this legal? I own two Audi Q5’s and always have them serviced at the dealership. I’m not sure if this is new because Fletcher Jones purchased Audi from Porsche, but I was very disappointed. So now I’m riding around with the service light on until my next service. Thanks Fletcher Jones. . More
