She shown interest and concern in the issue I am experiencing. She took additional steps by asking and giving the technician to researched my car before providing me with the analysis report. She also concern of my daily inconvenience when she has to hold my car, she contact me and ask if it would affect me. She also offer a loaner after i expressed the inconvenience. She also concern of if I am able to afford the service too. She is willing to work with me by rescheduling the service so my extended warranty would cover the service. Due to her genuine concern and accommodation, we decided to keep our car and might come back to purchase the E-Tron. We will see how the service on 12/3. Thank you. More

Exceeding Expectations - Delivering CE Customer Experience (CE) began with the 1st touch with my phone call to schedule the recall service appointment with Yamani. She did a terrific job de Customer Experience (CE) began with the 1st touch with my phone call to schedule the recall service appointment with Yamani. She did a terrific job detailing what would occur from my arrival through service completion: she offered several appointment schedule options, expected length of service time, name of service advisor, etc. Both check-in techs were welcoming, courteous, efficient, and immediately summoned my service advisor. The best 2-words to describe these 2-techs are ‘crisp’ and ‘sharp’: appropriately dressed, well spoken, direct eye contact, and committed to moving the process forward in a purposeful manner. My service advisor Frank Carmago is a gem - a ‘diamond in the rough’ representing your company. He has an intuitive feel for immediately grasping the customer dynamic and tailoring-delivering the CE to address that dynamic. He very efficiently addressed my time constraint - getting on the road to the Dodgers game in-time, and also emailed the service docs to save additional time. He basically exceeded my expectations to the point of “why would i ever think of going anywhere else??” Don’t lose this guy - and provide him with a more expansive role where he can be even more effective: CE Manager. He’ll address and manage your entire CE Delivery. I work for Amazon Robotics where the premise is: the smartest person in the room is the most EFFECTIVE person. Put Frank in that role!
