Drop off time consuming but puck up good 15 minutes to get someone to help me when I dropped it off. They were very busy. Quick and seemless I called the service department at Audi Fletcher joins and was quickly to Samantha Jordan who would handle my service ticket. We set an appointment wi I called the service department at Audi Fletcher joins and was quickly to Samantha Jordan who would handle my service ticket. We set an appointment within a couple days and when I showed up was only there for 5-10min as check in was very quick as it was all done via ipad. She also provided the option for a shuttle ride home, which I'll make note of when I need service again. Samantha continued to update me on the progress made on my car throughout the day via text message. The work was done within my expected timeframe and when I picked it up it was cleaned and wiped down. Very great experience overall and another reason why I trust Audi with not just my car, but with my wifes Q3 as well. More
