I waited in the waiting area in the new car showroom. Received an email and text from my service provider, Frank, notifying me of other things that needed attention and asking me if I wanted them done this visit. A little confusing and I would have preferred that someone walk across the driveway and talk to me personally. That is why I rated the service Good but not Exceptional More

Audi Care Had to bring my Allroad in for the 45K service, 5 months after I did the 35K service due to the stupid terms with AudiCare service plans. I was not told that the plan had to be used 66 months after the vehicle went in service, not the purchase date of the plan (plan was bought a year after buying the care due to the free 1st service(. Thus I had 2 major services done within a 5 month timeframe and only 1400 miles. This is a waste of my money and time and your time.......you need to fix this. More
