Extremely fast and friendly service. I was leaving for a road trip and needed a new battery. I called and the service was exceptional. Good Service My visit was handled efficiently. It was for a recall item that the letter from Audi said would take about an hour. It took 2 1/2 hours, though some My visit was handled efficiently. I waited in the waiting area in the new car showroom. Received an email and text from my service provider, Frank, notifying me of other things that needed attention and asking me if I wanted them done this visit. A little confusing and I would have preferred that someone walk across the driveway and talk to me personally. That is why I rated the service Good but not Exceptional More
