Excellent Repair Service I have a 2018 Audi A4 2.0T purchased at Audi Fletcher Jones Dealership in costa Mesa, CA. I heard a rubbing/clunking type of noise coming from under I have a 2018 Audi A4 2.0T purchased at Audi Fletcher Jones Dealership in costa Mesa, CA. I heard a rubbing/clunking type of noise coming from under the hood when I slow down the car. I took it to Fletcher Jones Service Department last Friday morning. Jose Magana, the Service Advisor met me right at my appointment time. He was very courteous and professional. He explained to me very clearly the repair process, and also suggested to have a mechanic to do a road test with me to make what kind of noise I heard and to identify the source of the noise. Matt, the mechanic, drove my car with me around for 10 minutes and he expertly identified the noise came from under the hood on the driver side. He wanted to inspect the car further to find out the issue, so I left the car with Jose who assured me he would follow up and let me know once the situation became clear. He offered me a free loaner (a Audi Q5). Jose called me on Friday afternoon telling me Matt had found the source of the noise, and they needed to order the replacement part so Matt can work on it and complete the repair on Saturday. I picked up my car on Monday morning as promised by Jose. I am totally satisfied and happy with the repair job. They even washed my car before returning to me. I can't ask for better service from a dealership. More

Excellent Communication Truly excellent service, my S5 needed a bunch of things including a recall fix. Ryan was in constant communication with me about all the issues during Truly excellent service, my S5 needed a bunch of things including a recall fix. Ryan was in constant communication with me about all the issues during the service which I greatly appreciate. They had to keep the car overnight and complete the repairs, but it was no big deal since they gave me a Q8 loaner vehicle although downside is now the wifey wants one!
