I own a 2022 Q5 (my other car that my wife drives is a 2020 Q7). I bought my Q5 2.5 months ago (In a different dealership) and recently I started seeing occasional check engine and drive system lights whe 2020 Q7). I bought my Q5 2.5 months ago (In a different dealership) and recently I started seeing occasional check engine and drive system lights where the display shows that I can't go over 4000 RPMs. So I called Audi Fletcher Jones and asked to check it as well as respond to the Recall which I might be impacted by. I scheduled an appointment to which a loaner will be available (I need a car to move around) and 2 hours before my appointment I received a text message saying there was no loaner available. I wasn't surprised since this is the 4th time that it is happening to me with Fletcher Jones Audi (I had the same last-minute cancelations 3 times with the Q7). I rescheduled to January 2023, hoping that the car will be ok by then, but this morning I experienced the same issues of losing power and all sorts of warning lights (with only 2k miles) so I called your dealership and asked to expedite the visit or perhaps provide me a rental (which is very common in case there are no loaners available) as the car isn't functioning well and this will be Audi's responsibility for not taking care of it on time. The service person (I wasn’t able to catch his name) wasn’t helpful and refused to hear me out or offer any kind of assistance. While I was speaking, he said impatiently "have a good day" and just slammed the phone down intentionally in my face knowing that I was still talking. I was nothing but shocked by this rude and condescending behavior. Simply speechless and disappointed. Trying to call back and speak to a manager wasn't successful... someone took my number and said that he'll let the manager call me back... but it never happened. I also sent an email to the general manager but no reply since then... As a loyal Audi customer, I'm deeply disappointed and moreover feel humiliated by this unprofessional behavior. Needless to say, I called a different Audi dealership, and even though they did not have loaners available, they promised to get me on a rental... More

I just took my car back from service center. (03/03/2022) My car is just 1 month old. very new car. AUDI S5 SPORTBACK. I went there with 2 issues: 1. My speaker was horrible, it has a lot of buzzing sound. I have provided specific songs for them to check the buzzing noise. 2. Breakpads make a lot of noise when I start or stop. My was there for 3 days. i got a call that my is ready and I just went there to take my car. The report says everything is rectified and tested the sound system and the breakpads. i went there with my own uber money. My sound system is exactly the same. There is horrible noise coming from speaker. I don't know who tested it but they have lied in report about test. My break pads make more noise than before. It has gone worse. They listened to sound again and asked me to leave the car for 4 more days with out a replacement car. Most unprofessional, inefficient and reckless behavior on part of the service center and no help from anyone. When to you take the money of the customer, please try to help them. If not, don't be in the business. It's not a good look. More
