Effortless Servicing by Fletcher Jones Audi I recieved a call prior to my servicing time and confirmed the date and time Services reserved me a loaner I brought my Q8 in and 10 minutes later, I recieved a call prior to my servicing time and confirmed the date and time Services reserved me a loaner I brought my Q8 in and 10 minutes later, I was driving off in my loaner I received multiple texts regarding the status of my car When it was ready, I was able to review the bill and pay the balance I drove in and left the loaner and picked up my car. My total involved time was less than 30 minutes. You gotta love that. My family owns 2 Audis and use Fletcher Jones Audi services exclusively, With this level of services, there isn't a reason to even consider changing. More
